This poem talks about one important thing. This poem talks about how sometimes you can have a summer so amazing that you are not even sure that it happened at all, that the summer was just too good to be real. I know that I have had numerous summers like that, when everything seem to great to be real and every morning I would wake up wondering, “Did that really happen?”

There are many reasons why people don’t want to have Flouride in their drinking water. One reason that people don’t want their teeth to become stained by the Flouride. Although Flouride is good for you in small doses, if the Flouride levels are too high then the Flouride can stain your teeth and tun them brown. People are very selfconcious and the last thing they would want are big brown stains on their teeth.
I think that adding Flouride to drinking water is a good thing. Before i drank the water I would first make sure that the levels are at or below the level that is safe to drink without staining my teeth. I want the Flouride in my water because it prevents decay in many way the two most important of which are because it reduces the ability of bacteria in plaque to generate tooth-weakening acids, and it helps remineralize those tooth areas where acid attack has already begun. All of these things make Flouride a very important and useful thing to have in your drinking water.
We had to make many technological advances before Flouride could be used in toothpaste and mouthwash. One of the most important advances was that we had to figure out a way to measure the amount of Flouride that could be safely put into the substance without the resulting stain. We had to figure out a way to create the substances, stannous flouride, sodium flouride, and sodium monoflurophosphate, that would be used in the production of toothpaste. We also had to figure out the best way to marry the flourine with a compatible abrasive. We did that by pairing stannous flouride with calcium pyrophosphate.
The reason i don’t care about some of the side effects of using Flouride in drinking water are because they are so unlikely. One of the risk states that in extremely high doses Flouride can cause death, that is defientely a side effect that I don’t want to chance but unless I go around chugging Flouride then I don’t think I would ever have to worry about that side effect. Another side effect is flurosis which is a condition caused by excessive intake of flourine coumpounds over an extended period of time which can cause the teeth to yellow. That is also another side effect that I would not want to risk but once again unless I start drinking insanely high doses of flourine over a long period of time I’m pretty sure that I Will not have to worry about receiving the condition.
